Salsa Brava in Puerto Viejo on the Caribbean coast

 The map below indicates the major surf spots in Costa Rica. There are, however, countless "secret" or unsurfed breaks that are waiting to be discovered. We have included a "secret spot" page on our site, and while we understand and respect locals desire to have a break all to themselves, we also believe that surfers are, in general, respectful of others rights and local surfers. We believe that there are plenty of waves for everyone, and plenty of secluded spots to have incredible solo sessions.
